	Notify the relevant lottery departments of winners' details
	Liaise with departments and winners
	Undertake any necessary dispute resolution including with entrants and prize suppliers
	In certain instances, we can now provide our own National Police Certificate (NPC) to satisfy the Victorian permit authority.
