The firm does not ordinarily charge on a time costing basis. In many cases, our clients
require speed of response and instantaneous advice and this clearly does not fit in
with time costing which does not encourage speed. In most cases we can provide a quote
in advance for the work to be undertaken but the reality of the practice is that the
majority of charges vary from between AUD$220 to AUD$1650 (inc GST) depending on the
advice required.
For example, a simple copy approval of packaging, television script or press advertisement would
cost approximately $550 (inc GST).
The review of a promotional concept, requiring the drafting of
Conditions of Entry and advising on its structuring in order to ensure compliance with the relevant
legislation, would be in the order of $715 (inc GST).
Larger projects such as contracts, large
loyalty projects, licensing, the handling of disputes with authorities etc can be quoted in advance.
