You will receive a welcome email containing your registration details.
By registering, you agree that:

1. you may only have one active registration at any one time;
2. your registration is not transferable to any other person or entity;
3. if you register as an employee or representative of an entity, then your registration is only valid during the term of your employment or contract of service with that entity. It is a condition of your registration that you must cancel your registration when you terminate your employment or contract of service. Any further use of your registration after this time will be considered unauthorised and a breach of these Conditions;
4. you must update and maintain your username, password and other personal information to ensure it remains accurate, complete and current;

If you submit or access this information in your capacity as an employee or representative of an entity then you must not use this information for any other purpose;

9. Anisimoff Legal may terminate your registration at any time without notice, including without limitation, in the instance of you breaching these Conditions.

You may update, edit or terminate your registration details at any time.

You agree that you will not use the Site or its services (“Services”) for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Conditions and will comply with all relevant laws and regulations. In particular you agree that you will not use the Site to spam; collect information about other persons or entities without their consent; transmit or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs or that breach any laws including intellectual property or privacy rights; interfere with or disrupt the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, facilities, accounts or information.
